Banner Health has extended its use of workforce management solutions from Kronos® Incorporated to include labor analytics and absence management. By using the business intelligence and leave management software to make smarter decisions about its 35,000-employee workforce, the longtime user of Kronos time and attendance and employee scheduling applications expects to achieve additional cost savings of $30 million in six years.
