Bank Austria Selects MicroStrategy Business Intelligence Software for Reporting and Analytics
MicroStrategy to Offer Extensive Analytical Capabilities to Bank Austria

Bank Austria plans to build a more efficient enterprise data warehouse for its business and its subsidiaries, Österreich AG and functional subsidiaries. With the new data warehouse, Bank Austria expects to increase user efficiency, as well as improve business performance and customer satisfaction. The MicroStrategy platform will enable Bank Austria end users of all levels to report on and analyze large volumes of data without requiring deep understanding of the data model or SQL knowledge.
Bank Austria compared MicroStrategy to several other BI vendors and MicroStrategy provided Bank Austria with a successful prototype that demonstrated its high performance and its ability to seamlessly integrate with Bank Austria’s new Teradata data warehouse.
